Credits are the currency you use for AI-powered actions on Tendly. Each action costs a specific number of credits:
It depends on the source: Free plan — 20 one-time credits on signup. They do not reset or renew. Paid plans — Credits reset monthly. Unused plan credits do not roll over. Credit packs — Purchased credits never expire. Used after plan credits run out.
You can purchase credit packs (100, 300, or 500 credits) at any time — they never expire and stack on top of your plan. On the free plan, your 20 credits are one-time, so buying a pack or upgrading is the way to keep going. You can always browse tenders and use basic features without credits.
Yes! Professional and Enterprise subscribers get all on-demand AI insights (Risk Analysis, Win Strategy, Requirements, Documents Summary, Quality Score, AI Chat, and Competitor Insights) included at no extra credit cost. Free plan users can still access most of these by paying credits per use.
Yes! Both the Professional and Enterprise plans come with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to all features during the trial. Cancel anytime during the trial period and you will not be charged. Plus, you get 20 free credits on signup even on the free plan.
